Keynote lecture | Prof. Herzig

On July 2, 2026, FemSMed's PI, Prof. Tamar Herzig, delivered a keynote lecture on "Religion, Slavery, and Gender in Mediterranean Europe" at the 9^th Annual Conference of the European Academy of Religion, which was devoted to the topic of Religions and (In)equalities. The lecture was introduced by historian Prof. Rosario Forlenza of LUISS University of Rome.
