Participation in a workshop / Dr. Michele Santoro

On October 15^th, 2026 FemSMed's postdoctoral fellow Dr. Michele Santoro presented his first paper as a member of our project, on "Female Slavery in the Adriatic Sea: The Case of the Venetian "Stato da Mar'," at the international workshop on Early Modern Slaveries and Gender from a Comparative Perspective, held in the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt.
